Job Description

 Data analytics and strong technical program/product

management, excellent organizational skills, communication, requirements documentation,

issue triaging, root cause analysis, problem solving, partner management, data dashboard

creation

Additional Experience (Preferred): NPI product launch experience, familiarity with analyzing

data and technical processes and then developing solutions (E2E).

Tools Used (not comprehensive list): Tableau, Python, SQL, Slack, Wrike, Quip, Excel,

Tableau, Mail, Calendar, SAP

Scope of Work:

1. Work closely with business to understand their problems and process gaps. Develop quick

wins using analytics and technical longer solution enhancements roadmap.

2. Use existing data structure to develop dashboards that highlight current risks in systems

and tools

3. Use existing data to determine if portfolio is working as expected, what success metrics are,

and areas to improve

4. Manage multiple projects that are both enhancements and ground up solutions E2E.

Projects will be a various stages in lifecycle. Define problem, requirements, timeline, QA and

UAT, and support model. You will work with Business and BPR teams on requirements and

with Development for the timeline and testing model

5. Support system go-live and transition to warranty period

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Mandatory Skills: PySpark .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
