Job Description
- Manage F&O delivery (specializing in General Accounting) for a very large account - SLA, Productivity, Attrition management, Customer Engagement etc.
- Drive transitions, stabilization of operations & transformation program
- Ensure 100% delivery within SLA client commitments.
- Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, the overall management of the client relationship
- Serves as the primary management contact.
- Maintains contact with client at a managerial level
- Leads teams in the delivery, support day to day operational issues and help fix process gaps
- Seamless execution of Financial Close process for client organisation.
- Understanding and execution of finance reporting pack for the client organization. Coordinate with controls team and working with internal and external Audit contacts.
- Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
- Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implements the change, and measures the level of improvement.
- Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client
- Viewed as an expert resource, maintains a good working relationship with both internal and client management
- Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and motivate professional level staff
- Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment
- Possesses strong personnel management skills.

SKILLS:
- More than 10 years of experience in managing delivery for large accounts in F&O domain
- Strong domain knowledge in Procure to Pay. Order to Cash and Record to Report area - Finance and Accounting
- Hands on experience in implementing transformation program for clients including RPA and AI
- Possess a blend of both business and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into deliverable solutions
Should be proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel and understanding/working experience in Finance ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Netsuites etc) - Excellent interpersonal skills & Innovative thinking and capability to carve out niche areas of interest and ideate solutions and frameworks
- Candidates who have supported Presales/Solution team in the past will have an added advantage
- English skills - Advanced level, able to communicate and work with global teams.
- LATAM - Spanish and Portuguese languages
