Senior Full Stack Developer (Python/React)

Location:  Hybrid SP and Curitiba
Employment Type: Full-Time **CLT**

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our high-impact Supply Chain & Operations technology team. This is a critical role focused on building robust, business-critical systems that power our client's global supply chain, logistics, and operational excellence.

You will be embedded within a dynamic, hybrid team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and UX designers to deliver end-to-end solutions using a modern tech stack (React/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, Kubernetes).

What You'll Do

  • Develop Full-Stack Solutions: Design and build high-performance web applications using React/TypeScript (frontend) and Python/FastAPI (backend).
  • Optimize Data Systems: Build and optimize solutions for large-scale relational datasets using MySQL or PostgreSQL, focusing on query performance and data integrity.
  • Manage Infrastructure: Deploy and maintain containerized applications on Kubernetes (K8s), implementing infrastructure updates and cloud platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate & Integrate: Translate user needs into well-architected technical solutions, integrating with various third-party systems and enterprise services while maintaining a security-first mindset.
  • Drive Quality: Implement DevSecOps practices, leverage automated testing, participate in collaborative code reviews, and maintain clean, high-quality, maintainable code.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for remote collaboration.
  • Backend Expertise: Proven capabilities in Python/FastAPI, RESTful API design, and asynchronous programming.
  • Frontend Expertise: Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript for modern SPAs, including state management and performance optimization.
  • Database Expertise: Deep expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and performance tuning.
  • DevOps & Security: Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and a security-first mindset regarding vulnerabilities and authentication (OAuth, IAM).
  • Methodology: Disciplined approach to code quality, testing (unit, integration, E2E), and Git workflows/PR reviews.
