Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Assists with the development and installation of new hardware and software
  • Installs and configures systems and other software
  • Tests installed software for malfunction detection
  • Identifies and resolves business systems issues
  • Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems
  • Measures effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve systems
  • Monitors and tests system performance
  • Performs work with some independence of thought, but refers more complex problems to senior associates or supervisor/manager
  • Customizing CRM functionalities, building integrations, and optimizing workflows to support business processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Work closely with product managers, product owners, and scrum masters.
  • Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot production issues.
    Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve system usability and performance.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage Power Platform, AI Builder, and Copilot features.
  • Advanced English
