Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in service management and project management, especially in transition environments to stable operations.
Solid knowledge of ITIL and service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
Ability to plan and coordinate transition activities, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and Agile/Scrum practices.
Communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and ensure delivery within agreed deadlines and service levels.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum experience in managing complex services and projects, preferably in IT environments or enterprise solutions.
Proven track record in managing project transitions to operations, including defining support plans and post-go-live governance.
Experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, and performance reports to ensure service quality and continuity.
Experience with Oracle Retail
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers, ensuring effective integration and collaboration.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
