Job Description

  • Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective Agile execution.
  • Serves as a servant leader, coach, and mentor, helping teams embrace Agile principles and continuously improve performance.
  • Removes impediments and organizational blockers that may impact team productivity, delivery, and morale.
  • Works closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to align priorities and objectives.
  • Supports multiple Agile teams and manages cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration.
  • Monitors Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down charts, and cycle time to identify improvement opportunities and delivery risks.
  • Promotes transparency, accountability, quality, and a culture of continuous learning within teams and across the organization.
  • Coaches team members and stakeholders on Scrum frameworks, Agile best practices, and Agile mindset adoption.
  • Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
  • Identifies, escalates, and helps mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
  • Supports Agile transformation initiatives and drives the adoption of scalable Agile practice
