Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Cybersecurity to lead end-to-end delivery of security engagements, ensuring excellence in client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational governance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing large-scale cybersecurity programs, driving delivery-led growth, and building trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services/programs across engagements
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual commitments
• Implement robust delivery governance, reporting cadence, and quality checks.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) and build long-term relationships
• Present value-added insights and service improvements in governance forums.
Financial & Business Management
• Own P&L responsibilities including revenue, margin, and cost optimization
• Drive delivery-led growth and account expansion opportunities
• Ensure optimal resource utilization and budget adherence .
Risk & Compliance Management
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and commercial risks
• Ensure compliance with security standards, contractual obligations, and governance frameworks
• Align delivery plans with scope, milestones, and contractual terms.
Talent & Team Management
• Lead and mentor cross-functional security teams (onshore/offshore)
• Ensure talent fulfilment, skill alignment, and performance management
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability .
Operational Excellence & Transformation
• Drive automation, process optimization, and delivery efficiency initiatives
• Contribute to practice development, reusable frameworks, and solutions
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development efforts.
Required Skills & Competencies Core Skills
• Strong experience in IT Delivery / Program Management in cybersecurity domain
• Experience managing SOC, GRC, IAM, Cloud Security, or Infrastructure Security engagements
• Expertise in delivery governance, SLA management, and risk management
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, margin, forecasting)
Leadership Skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead large distributed teams
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Technical & Domain Knowledge
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Familiarity with security operations, compliance, and enterprise IT environments
• Exposure to tools and platforms used in cybersecurity operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certification (preferred)
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus
