Job Description
Responsible for the Program Vision, Leadership & Strategy, PMO coordination, implementation, setting Governance and Controls across PMO practice. Ensuring consistency with PMO strategy, commitments, goals and adherence to budget, quality standards and project management best practices are followed.

Essential Functions:
- Define and drive PMO practice with consistencies supporting large and complex SAP HCM and SuccessFactors software implementation for customers.
- Serves as the single point of contact for Customer Project Success
- Establish Program Governance frameworks and Operating Models for PDMs to follow.
- Drive prioritization and roadmap planning across global regions with in PMO.
- Ensure alignment between Global Standards and regional execution and coordinate with COE PMO
- Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, best practices, and consistency across regions.
- Represent PMO Executive Management team for second level Escalations.
- Experience in assisting sales team around RFP responses and participation in sales engagements representing PMO and/or delivery.
- Drive quality assurance checks across PMO Delivery
- Perform delivery executive or client engagement management functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- Proven exposure managing Global teams.
- Experience leading cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management processes and tools.
- Direct experience coming from ERP/software implementation projects as part of the Project Management.

Required Experience:
- 10+ years in leading a PMO practice that supports Implementations or using SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCM or similar HRIS software practice.
- 10+ years previous experience in Professional Services or Consulting Industry.
- 10+ years previous experience with large Business Transformation Projects.
- 10+ years previous experience managing Global Teams at the same time.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, and/or SCRUM Certification
- SF Modules Certifications in the areas of Employee Central
- Experience managing projects that includes the following modules/areas: Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP ECC HCM, Workforce Software
- ERP implementation experience
- People Management responsibilities on a PMO or software development team
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
