Job Description :
Requirement for a Project Manager – BSA who will primarily function as a Business Systems Analyst while supporting project management activities. The role focuses on requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and translating business needs into user stories for delivery within a Salesforce-based project.
The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, documented, prioritized, and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Business Systems Analysis (Primary Focus)
- Lead business requirement gathering through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client discussions.
- Analyze and document business processes, functional requirements, and system needs.
- Create clear, detailed, and testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases in Salesforce (Jira / Azure DevOps / similar tools).
- Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test case review, defect triage, and business sign-offs.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, and delivered functionality.
- Support end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Track sprint progress, milestones, and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) where required.
- Identify project risks/issues and proactively work on mitigation plans.
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with defined project governance, quality standards, and SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 6+ years of overall experience with strong exposure as a Business Analyst / BSA.
- Hands-on experience working on Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce implementations).
- Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Strong experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce delivery teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
