GEN AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, orchestration, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and maintain scalable Python services, microservices, and REST APIs.
  • Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and other data sources.
  • Evaluate, optimize, monitor, and improve AI system performance.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Hands-on experience building GenAI applications using LLMs.
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and agent orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG architectures.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar.
  • Hands-on exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Experience with vector databases such as PGVector, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar.
  • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Machine Learning concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with LLM/model evaluation and experimentation.
  • Understanding of MLOps and AI observability.
