Job Description: 

Loan IQ Business Analyst / BSA

 

We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Business Analyst (BSA) with strong domain knowledge in commercial and corporate lending and hands‑on exposure to Loan IQ configuration and processing flows. The role will support end‑to‑end servicing and straight‑through‑processing initiatives across lending platform


 

Key Responsibilities͏

  • Act as a Loan IQ Business / Systems Analyst supporting lending operations from origination through servicing.
  • Work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to analyze requirements and support STP initiatives.
  • Create functional specifications, data mappings, and interface documents for Loan IQ integrations.
  • Support straight‑through‑processing (STP) initiatives across upstream and downstream systems.

Required Functional Expertise

  • Strong expertise in Commercial and Corporate Lending products.
  • In‑depth understanding of:
    • Syndicated loan servicing
    • Agency and participation structures
    • Interest and fee structures
    • SOFR servicing implications
    • Loan accounting fundamentals

Required Technical / System Experience͏

  • Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ system configuration, including:
    • Setup configurations
    • Tables and workflow/process flows
  • Strong understanding of Loan IQ data structures and processing logic.
  • Experience supporting Loan IQ interfaces and integrations.

Deliverables & Documentation

  • Functional requirement documents (FRDs)
  • Data mapping documents
  • Interface functional specifications
  • Support documentation for testing and UAT activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with banking or financial services clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technology stakeholders

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
