Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to define secure integration strategies, devise solution frameworks for enterprise systems, and identify infrastructure dependencies to enable efficient and compliant implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the AI-native DLC operating model, stage gates, governance checkpoints, and delivery playbooks.

• Facilitate Mob Elaboration, Mob Construction, prompt discipline, context engineering, and validation practices.

• Define AI-native DLC KPIs, maturity measures, and adoption success criteria across Business Pods.

• Conduct leadership workshops and role-based coaching to drive AI-native DLC adoption.

• Monitor AI-native DLC compliance and continuously refine practices based on delivery outcomes.

• Partner with Executive Leadership and the Business Banking AI-native DLC Transformation Lead to report transformation progress and business impact.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 10+ years in Software Delivery, Product Delivery, Agile Coaching, or Transformation Consulting

• Experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation programs

• Deep understanding of Agile, Product Operating Models, and SDLC lifecycle governance

• Experience facilitating executive and team workshops

• Preferred: Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent

• Preferred: Experience implementing AI delivery methodologies

• Preferred: Experience within Banking, Payments, or Financial Services

• Preferred: Exposure to Responsible AI governance programs

 

Technical & Soft Skills

• AI- DLC operating model design, AI lifecycle governance and controls

• AI quality assurance and validation frameworks

• Prompt discipline and context engineering principles

• Metrics, maturity models, and transformation reporting

• Product Operating Model and Agile transformation expertise

• Strategic thinking and operating model design

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Influencing and consensus building, Cross-functional leadership

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
