Job Description:

  • Role: Change Management Analyst / Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and process optimization.
  • Experience: 9+ years in Change Management, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and CRM solutions.
  • Core Skills: Impact Assessment, Risk Mitigation, User Adoption Strategies, Stakeholder Engagement, and Agile methodologies.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Certified Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst with hands-on experience in workflows, approvals, dashboards, and data migration.
  • Process Excellence: Skilled in process mapping, re-engineering, workflow optimization, and requirements gathering for large-scale transformation projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Strong experience in functional, integration, and automation testing using tools like Provar, Selenium, and UI Path.
  • Project Management: Adept at managing change requests, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
  • Technical Tools: Proficient in JIRA, Postman, Data Loader, Informatica, SQL, and Snowflake.
  • Domain Knowledge: Telecom, Networking, Partner Programs, and Enterprise Change Enablement.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and ability to drive adoption during organizational change initiatives.
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
