Job Description: 

Ncino Business Analyst

As a senior ncino business analyst you will be responsible for conceptualizing and shaping requirements and implement digital onboarding processes within commercial lending and deposit domain. You will be responsible for interfacing with clients for leading requirement management efforts in the capacity of a domain and nCino SME. You will closely and collaboratively work with both our customers and the engineering, architecture and design teams to help complete requirement journeys from conceptualization till fulfillment. As the nCino functional SME and product owner for a project you will guide the team in making the right choices to maximize success for the project and the customer. Our customers and implementation partners should see you as a trusted business analyst who have end to end knowledge of nCino platform processes for implementing onboarding journeys across lending and deposit products. You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and carry the ability to interface with and coordinate activities of senior executives across the firm, operations teams, technology partners, and program managers. Prior salesforce knowledge with hands on experience in running SOQL and SQL queries will be a big plus.


 

R͏ole

  • As a nCino Business Analyst you will serves as a liaison between the Digital Product Owner, Front Office/Other department SMEs on the business side and IT Application development teams on the technology side to lead and drive requirement management efforts
  • The primary responsibility of your role will be to analyze business and functional requirements for for the nCino onboarding platform implementation and ensuring compliant workflows are implemented for multiple product onboarding journeys
  • You will work in collaboration with Product Owner, Project Manager/Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Tech Lead, Developers, Architect teams and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered through the nCino platform
  • Act as an nCino SME you will liaison between business partners, development teams and UAT testers and ensure product features are delivered and prioritized as per business and regulatory needs
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing, Customer Acceptance Testing and Post Implementation Validation; provide post-implementation support for new initiatives, upgrades and projects
  • Create, review, analyze. own and maintain detailed requirement artifacts /documentation for use internally and externally, such as User Stories, Use Cases, BRD, FSD, Interface Documents workflow diagrams for custom processes
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions and ensure the product vision is captured in the form of features, acceptance criterias, user stories etc. and delivered in a streamlined manner
  • Provide clarifications on requirements to developers and testers and participate in test case review process for test coverage, validate product delivery and ensure product is delivered as per business needs on nCino

Key Skills͏

  • Should be able to test APIs and should be well versed with JSON structure and REST APIs
  • Understanding of commercial lending processes is a must
  • Prior experience on Salesforce core platform along with nCino implementation experience will be highly preferred
  • Should be good with formulating and running SQL and SOQL scripts in nCino and salesforce platfrom
  • nCino 201 commercial lending holders will be highly preferred
  • nCino 301 certification and Salesforce admin certification mandatory
  • Perform analysis to understand current functionality gaps and obtain user perceptions

Experience/Qualification͏

  • Masters Degree in Finance / banking preferably MBA
  • 10+ years of Management or Technology Consulting or equivalent banking industry experience in a reputed institution in the areas of digital transformation, commercial lending and nCino implementation
  • Hands on experience of leading and managing Business Analysis/ Requirement Management tracks for large banking (retail/corporate) projects
  • Track record of consulting project delivery including managing business analyst teams, producing requirement deliverables, managing projects within timelines and budgets, and interfacing with client executives

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
