Role Name: Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
  • Proven expertise in writing functional specs for SAP and non-SAP system integrations, with strong middleware orientation.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns—APIs, IDocs, EDI, queues, file-based transfers, synchronous/asynchronous flows, and message orchestration.
  • Strong ability to translate business processes into clear, scalable, and testable functional designs.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with global onsite/offshore teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive clarity in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail or apparel industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Supply Chain knowledge—Demand Planning, Allocation, Inventory, Fulfillment, or Planning systems.
  • Experience working in large multi-system ERP landscapes (SAP ECC/S4, OMS, planning tools, DC systems, vendor platforms).
  • Exposure to Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, and integration governance frameworks.
     
Mandatory Skills: SAP S4 Logistics .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
