IBM Maximo Techno-functional Consultant Technical Lead L1(Contract)

 IBM Maximo Techno-functional Consultant Technical Lead L1(Contract). Location: Dallas, TX

Bill Rate $85-$90 per hour

Lead and support the functional configuration and technical implementation of IBM Maximo modules.  Act as a SPOC for the offshore development team.
Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into system configurations and technical specifications.  Design and implement Maximo workflows, business processes, and customisations to meet client needs.  Manage integrations with third-party systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), APIs, and web services.  Oversee data migration and conversion activities, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.  Provide functional support and guidance to clients during deployment and post-deployment phases. Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer on IBM Maximo functionality and best practices.  Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring optimal system performance.  Prepare comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.Ensure compliance with project standards, business etiquette, and customer service norms.  Around 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo design, development, and implementation (preferably greenfield projects).  Strong understanding of Maximo modules, customisations, reporting, and workflow configuration. Experience in Maximo technical support, end-to-end integration, and code-level changes. Proficiency in Maximo/MAS administration, upgrades, and patching.  Knowledge of database concepts (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) and programming languages (Java, Automation Script, PL/SQL). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.  Experience in mentoring junior team members and leading small teams.
Bachelors degree in Engineering.

Mandatory Skills: IBM Maximo Asset Management .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
