Role: Senior ServiceNow ITSM Platform ArchitectRole Summary
Senior ServiceNow ITSM Platform Architect responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and best-practice-aligned implementation of ITSM solutions that deliver business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn overall ServiceNow ITSM platform architecture and solution design.Define architecture standards, CSDM alignment, data model, and integration patterns across modules.Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and governance to development, admin, and functional teams.Ensure adherence to best practices, security, and platform governance frameworks.Design and oversee integrations with third-party systems (cloud, ERP, monitoring tools).Establish development/configuration standards and ensure consistency of delivery. Drive performance tuning, risk mitigation, and architectural reviews across the platform.Act as primary escalation point for technical decisions and issues.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and ITIL processes.Required Skills & Experience10–15 years IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).Proven experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations / transformations. Deep knowledge of CSDM, CMDB design, integrations, APIs.Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.Experience with Agile / DevOps delivery models.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.Certifications (Preferred)ServiceNow CSA, CIS (ITSM); Architect-level certifications preferred.ITIL certification.Nice to HaveExperience in ITOM / HAM / SAM / SPM modules.Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and automation strategies.
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $210,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
