Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Sector Growth Consulting Partner to play a pivotal role in driving growth via
a) Proactively originating, leading, and winning our most strategic deals and pursuits. You will personally lead and where appropriate guide pursuit leaders to orchestrate complex, high-impact client engagements that go beyond transactions to drive true transformation.
b) As a strategic orchestrator and growth catalyst, you will drive sector GTM, and connect the dots across Wipro Consulting, Ecosystem Partners, SMU & GBLS and Functions, to shape compelling narratives, and build trusted advisory relationships with clients. This role demands deep client empathy, structured problem-solving, and the ability to bring together cross-functional teams to co-create winning strategies.
c) Manage & Drive OB discipline and ROI from sales / pursuit efforts to meet budget and drive sequential growth QoQ
Key Responsibilities
Client-Centric Strategy & Value Creation
• Deeply understand the client’s business context, strategy, pain points, and aspirations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, thinking like the client and always acting in their best interest.
• Champion forward-looking solutions that align with emerging tech, industry shifts, and client transformation agendas.
Proactive Origination, Pursuit Orchestration & Narrative Development
• Collaborate with Industry and Functional Consulting, GTM Teams, to lead, develop and execute end-to-end pursuits.
• Craft compelling value case, deal narratives and proposals, shifting the conversation from “what we do” to “how we solve and why it matters.”
• Lead & shape the storyline and design of high-impact presentations and workshops with clients.
Solution Structuring & Transformation Design
• Break down complex problems and create structured, bold solutions that drive transformation.
• Guide & lead integrated solutioning efforts, collaborating with SMEs across consulting, PMO, GTM, and design functions.
• Align multiple Global Business Lines (GBLs) to develop cohesive, differentiated value propositions.
• You will be a good ‘shaper’, able to pull together the best of what Wipro can offer to drive innovative solutions to client problems

- Develop Business, Sell & Deliver
Big picture orientation, conceiving effective strategies to drive growth across the sector for the region. - Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization
- Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
- Bring a self-sufficient approach that will be both proactive in driving business development opportunities as well as effective at creating personal utilization in our ‘sell & deliver’ operating model (after a period of embedding)
- Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
- Relevant leadership and exceptional storytelling experience working in a cross-industry and/or cross-functional consulting business, highly preferable with Big4/Accenture/Tier 1 GSI experience.
Driving Transformation
- Be a champion and passionate advocate for consulting to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value.
- The individual must be an ambassador for Digital Adoption and Digital Transformation.
- Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients
- Influential internal change agent with gravitas and business building mindset
- Ability to drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners, motivate teams and achieve results
- Bring strong program and consulting disciplines (e.g. Project / Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, Commercial disciplines etc.)
Talent Management
- Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals
- Nurturing, developing, mentoring of top talent into future consulting business leaders
- Execution of organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads
- Proactively seeks opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels
Thought Leadership
- Strong knowledge and experience of developing and delivering strategic initiatives.
- Brings perspectives and opinion on the key issues facing CxO’s across the region and able to demonstrate how they have leveraged this in a collaborative environment to develop points of view and propositions
- Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on trends within the region
- Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions etc.
- Internal content and offerings creator, writes publications, blogs and whitepapers
- Utilizes social media effectively with their digital presence to enhance the Wipro brand.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
