Job Description: 

Playwright Automation Tester

  • Proficiency in the REST API automation with RestAssured / Postman / Karate / SuperTest with all methods automation, Advanced API Testing with Rest Assured, Integration with Testing Frameworks, Serialization & Deserialization, Logging & Reporting, Performance Testing & Parallel Execution, CI/CD Integration, Mocking & Stubbing APIs
  • Playwright supports Mocha, Jest, Jasmine, and AVA.
  • Experience with defining end to end test plans / Strategy and independently lead & work with cross functional teams
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and verify system functionality.
  • Utilize testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
  •  Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  •  Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on the quality of the system under test.
  •  Document defects and track resolution progress throughout the testing lifecycle.
  •  Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  •  Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance testing capabilities and stay ahead of competition.
  •  Actively participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Mandatory Skills: Cypress .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
