Product Director

Title : Product Director

Product Director, Flight and Crew Operations, US (Dallas)

·  Lead strategy, customization, and implementation of flight and crew management software for a large US airline

·  Act as the principal owner and advisor on the program on scope, requirements, solution design, change management and adoption, ensuring the delivery of strategic objectives and business impact

·  Proven delivery track record  in customizing and implementing enterprise grade aviation software products for major US airlines

·  Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder environments, especially in  airline operations in the US

·  Drive adoption of AI, automation, and analytics to enhance flight and crew operations

·  Collaboration, adaptability, and innovation in a fast-paced transformation program

·  Minimum 20 years leadership in product management, business analysis, and subject matter expertise in flight and crew operations software; knowledge of optimization software preferred

·  Recognized industry expert with in-depth knowledge of flight and crew operations software, and US airline regulatory standards (including FAA and IATA)

·  Lead and mentor a team of 30-50 onsite and offsite associates, collaborating with internal and customer leadership teams
·  Hands-on experience with AI, analytics, and enterprise software 
·  Accountable for the full delivery lifecycle, including scope and requirements, solution design, change management and adoption and customer performance impact and satisfaction.

·  Location: Dallas/Our customer premises

Mandatory Skills: Product Management Consulting .

 

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $230,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
