ServiceNow Application Workflow Developer
Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid)
Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Build and maintain custom scoped applications using ServiceNow best practices.
- Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Develop and support REST API integrations with third-party applications.
- Perform platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and automation capabilities.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, scripting, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience developing custom scoped applications.
- Knowledge of CMDB, MID Server, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Experience with platform upgrades, update sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong JavaScript and web development skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK) and VS Code development is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Now Assist for Creator and AI-powered development tools is a plus.
Preferred
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
- Experience with ITOM, CSM, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Financial Services or Banking domain experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
