Job Description

Role : System Engineer (Deskyop Support)

  •  4-5 Years Experience in Desktop support
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, Printer, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with Installation & troubleshooting operating systems like Windows 10/ Windows 11
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting techniques.
  • Customer service skills and patience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in Hardware asset management using Service now
  • Hands-on experience with Service now ticketing tool
Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
