Role- UKG Pro WFM Developer

Location-Remote

Job Description

Design, develop, configure, and support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM/Dimensions) solutions including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Leave, and Workforce Central/Dimensions modules.Develop and maintain UKG Pro WFM integrations with HR, payroll, ERP, WMS, and third-party applications using APIs, web services, SFTP, XML/JSON, and integration platforms.Configure and support People Import, Employee Data, Pay Rules, Work Rules, HyperFinds, DataViews, Reports, Accrual Profiles, Attendance Points, and Schedule Groups.Develop and troubleshoot UKG interfaces and inbound/outbound integrations, including file-based integrations and API-based data exchanges.
Perform SQL queries and data analysis to investigate employee, timecard, schedule, accrual, payroll, and integration issues.Support production incidents, enhancements, defects, and change requests, including root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.Work with HR, Payroll, IT, WMS, SAP, and business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable UKG WFM solutions.Develop and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and post-production validation.Manage configuration and deployment changes across DEV, UAT, and Production environments.Troubleshoot SSO, OAuth, service accounts, security profiles, Data Access Profiles, authentication, and integration connectivity issues.Monitor scheduled interfaces, SFTP transmissions, API transactions, and integration failures; perform reconciliation between source and target systems.Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, support procedures, KT materials, and operational runbooks.Participate in UKG WFM implementations, go-lives, hypercare, upgrades, and post-production support.Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to resolve complex UKG product and integration issues.Follow ITIL/change-management processes for production deployments and incident resolution.

 

Mandatory Skills: KRONOS-WFC & WFD-Cloud .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
