Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced tech Data Analytics and AI Sales Practitioner to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in  data and analytics and a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with Capital Markets/ Banking & Financial Services/Insurance clients, and driving sales of our data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 12+ years of enterprise experience in Data Platform or Data Engineering or Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics  
  • 5+ years of experience in modern Cloud Data Platforms- like Snowflake or Google Cloud Platform or AWS or Azure 
  • Experience in leading large data / analytics transformation program 
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships and Credibility as a thought leader with CDOs / CXOs and business owners to influence Data / Analytics Strategy 
  • Collaborate closely with Global teams to develop proposals, presentations and proactively recommend strategies to grow data / analytics business in existing & new logo accounts.  
  • Work with Account / Sales teams to be part of the pre-sales process with clients and provide data & analytics subject matter expertise throughout the opportunity lifecycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal 
  • Provide thought leadership & transformation recommendations in technology areas.  
  • Position and articulate Data, Analytics and AI service offerings to clients  
  • Able to execute short term and midterm strategic consulting projects, assessments, POC/pilots, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition and business case 
  • Past experience in positioning and delivery of large data transformation programs 
  • Understanding of technology and vertical platforms (at least one of the industry Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Energy & utilities) in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs  
  • Self-starter that can work both as an individual contributor and team seller  
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Capital Markets/Insurance sector. 
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including Banking/Insurance organizations. 
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our Capital Markets/Insurance analytics solutions to prospective clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Capital Markets/Insurance industry. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies 
    with business goals. 
  • Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve our analytics solutions. 

Qualifications:

  • Significant proven large deal experience, including winning and transitioning the deal to delivery.  
  • Must possess deep Data or Analytics or AI experience and be considered as a subject matter expert. 
  • Client orientated possessing a strong commercial and business acumen 
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; with the ability to structure and facilitate workshops and develop business cases for large deals 
  • Actual multi-regional or multi-organization experience is a key success factor, with demonstrated capacity to operate and thrive in a multi-cultural environment. 
  • Should be able to work with and manage multiple stakeholders – internal and external.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $180,000.00  to $270,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
