Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Engineer with expertise in Python and Terraform to join our team. As an integral part of our cloud infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and maintaining Azure resources such as ADLS and Synapse using Terraform and Python for data engineering. Responsibilities:

· Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure code using Terraform/Python to provision and manage Azure resources and platform components.

· Automation and Efficiency: Streamline deployment processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention through Terraform/Python automation.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.

· Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance standards within Azure resources provisioned via Terraform/Python.

· Troubleshooting and Optimization: Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues, optimize performance, and monitor resource utilization.

· Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation related to Terraform configurations, deployment procedures, and architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

· Terraform Expertise: Proven experience designing, writing, and maintaining Terraform modules and configurations.

· Data Engineering: Strong programming skills in Python and good knowledge in the Data domain.

· Azure Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize platform performance.

· Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

· Certifications: Azure certifications are a plus.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
