Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to deliver data-driven insights, reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics capabilities that support business decision-making. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.

1. Data Analytics and Reporting

a. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

b. Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.

c. Design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and visualization solutions.

d. Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

e. Develop and optimize SQL-based reports and analytics solutions.

2. Data Engineering and Automation

a. Develop data processing and automation solutions using Python.

b. Support data modeling, data validation, and reporting optimization.

c. Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy.

d. Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytics processes.

3. Cloud Analytics and AI Enablement

a. Work with cloud-based analytics platforms and data environments.

b. Support analytics solutions using modern cloud and AI technologies.

c. Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, and business analysis.

d. Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through data and automation.

4. Stakeholder Management

a. Work closely with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

b. Communicate analytical findings and recommendations effectively.

c. Support business users with reporting, dashboard usage, and analytics interpretation.

d. Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience in dashboard design, development, and reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, including Calculated Fields and LOD Expressions.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Databricks.
  • Experience with Python for analytics, automation, or data processing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, server, hardware, or technology industries.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain analytics.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational reporting environments.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve reporting, analytics, and productivity.
