Job Description

The DevOps / IT Security Engineer will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Data Privacy controls across the organization. The role focuses on integrating security practices into DevOps pipelines, managing access risks, and ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage IAM controls, including access provisioning, role-based access, and privileged access workflows.
Support the integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
Monitor and assess data privacy risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (GDPR, DPDP Act, etc.).
Conduct access reviews, enforce least‑privilege principles, and support identity lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Privacy teams to enhance governance and operational security.
Assist in documenting controls, generating compliance reports, and supporting audits.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in IAM tools, access governance processes, and security automation.
Working knowledge of data privacy standards and risk assessment practices.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, cloud platforms, scripting).
Strong understanding of security best practices and IT controls.

Mandatory Skills: Data Privacy .
