The role provides leadership for Data Center Transformation Services, governing and enhancing quality of delivery of large transformation programs,  building and managing talent pool of Transformation Directors, Project Managers,  Architects, SMEs, Automation and Migration Engineers etc. and driving delivery lead growth and Customer experience enhancement. 

The role is responsible for Planning, Assurance and Governance of DC Transformation Programs focusing upon enhancing Quality of Delivery, Talent build for scale,  timely deployment,  Strategizing flawless execution of large, complex Transformation Programs , Capability and Capacity building, driving  AI adoption for delivering services faster and better with higher C-SAT and growth in revenue and margins. 

Leader is expected to provide thought leadership, Stakeholder Engagement and also ensure Execution Excellence and Program Success.   

The role also requires building expertise and referenceable uses cases across different DC Technology Towers.   

Program Delivery experience with AI infusion and control over cost, schedule, milestone commits and efforts is a must. 

Hands on leadership approach, Innovative thinking, Customer Centricity and in-depth knowledge of Project Management Methodologies,  Process Engineering and Systems Leverage are keys to success in this role. 

We are looking for a leader with 25+ years of experience in delivering Hybrid DC Technology Services, leading large Teams and engaging with Clients globally.
