Role : Service Desk
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Technical degree and/or equivalent experience
• 2 years Help Desk and/or customer service experience
• 2 years troubleshooting experience with service desk environments
• Knowledge and/or experience with internal server/mainframe applications such as: Shares, QIK, IBM/TSO/TPX, and SCEPTRE
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
• Apple certification (Apple Genius)
• A+ Certification
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience: 1-3 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
