Job Description:
Role Overview:
- Integrating AI solutions into delivery processes.
- Driving measurable productivity improvements.
- Championing AI adoption across the account.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute AI adoption strategy across SDLC tracks.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Cursor).
- Lead AI infusion assessments using standard templates.
- Collaborate with track leads to identify use cases and measure adoption.
- Present tool demos and benefits to stakeholders.
- Support CMDB modernization and SDLC automation initiatives.
- Report AI adoption metrics and productivity gains to customer.

Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with LLMs and RAG architecture.
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and LangChain.
- Exposure to SDLC automation, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD tools.
- Understanding of ITSM/ITOM platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks.
- Ability to work with AI productivity accelerators and measure impact.
Experience: >10 YEARS .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
