Role Purpose
- Accountable for end-to-end ownership of the workstream, including delivery, operations, business value realization, and AI-led transformation outcomes.
- Operate as a business-aligned technology leader embedded within client leadership teams, ensuring delivery excellence, operational stability, and measurable productivity gains through AI adoption.
- Drive AI-enabled modernization across engineering, operations, governance, and customer engagement while ensuring compliance, security, and responsible AI practices.
Enhanced Experience Requirements
- 15–20+ years of total experience with 5–8+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in AI-enabled delivery transformation and enterprise modernization.
- Hands-on exposure to AI copilots, intelligent automation platforms, analytics-driven operations, or GenAI-based productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile, SRE, automation engineering, and modern platform operations.
- Experience managing global delivery teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
- Ability to drive measurable productivity improvements through AI and process optimization.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
