Qualification: Graduation & above

Experience: Minimum 6 Years

Experience Breakup: Non BPO - GIS Mapping + OSM

 

Essential Hiring Skills:

 
  • Drive culture and complience in the team.
  • Strong expertise in OpenStreetMap (OSM), GIS Mapping, and Geospatial Operations.
  • Hands-on exposure to JOSM, iD Editor, OSMCHA, ArcGIS, QGIS, and related GIS tools.
  • Strong understanding of map editing, road network creation, POI mapping, lane mapping, data validation, and geospatial quality frameworks.
  • Proven experience in managing Team Leads, SMEs, and large operational teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Experience in managing multiple workflows, volumes, and project deliveries.
  • Expertise in SLA, KPI, Productivity, Quality, and Cost Governance.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and management reporting.
  • Experience in people management, workforce planning, hiring, and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management and compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Process transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Resource forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Attrition management and employee engagement programs.
  • Program governance ad business review management.
  • Financial and operational planning exposure.
  • Transition and migration management.
  • Client escalation management.
  • Change management and organizational development.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted mapping or advanced geospatial technologies.
  • Internal client workflows and operational tools.
  • Organization-specific governance frameworks.
  • Client-specific quality and productivity standards.
  • Business reporting and executive management reviews.
  • Process transformation methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end GIS/OSM mapping operations and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Manage Team Leads, SMEs, and operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
  • Drive operational governance through regular business reviews, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Lead workforce planning, capacity management, hiring, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development programs.
  • Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of business issues.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, and audit standards.
  • Support business growth initiatives, new transitions, and process expansions.
  • Provide strategic direction to improve operational efficiency, quality performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Present operational insights, business reviews, and improvement plans to leadership and clients.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals and operational excellence.
  • Flexibility to work on any shift and should be able to work from office as per business requirement.
