Experience Breakup: Non BPO with GIS Navigation Map Experience
Essential Hiring Skills:
1)Strong people management and team handling experience
2)Experience in Maps / Navigation / GIS / Location-based services domain
3)Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
4)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5)Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics
6)Experience in project planning, task allocation, and delivery management
7)Knowledge of navigation workflows, map validation, routing, and geospatial data
8)Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, or BI tools
9)Ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence
10)Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
11)Experience in handling escalations and risk management
12)Good verbal and written communication skills
Good to have Hiring Skills:
1)Exposure to AI/ML-based mapping or autonomous navigation projects
2)Knowledge of GIS tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar platforms
3)Experience working with global teams or international clients
4)Certification in Project Management / Agile / Scrum
5)Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or automation tools
6)Experience in workforce planning and resource optimization
7)Prior experience in training and mentoring large teams
8)Familiarity with map editing tools and navigation testing
9)Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and security standards
10)Multilingual communication skills
Responsibilities:
1)Lead and manage the Maps Navigation operations team
2)Ensure delivery targets, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently achieved
3)Monitor team productivity, quality, and overall performance
4)Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching
5)Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
6)Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution
7)Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
8)Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
9)Support hiring, onboarding, and training activities
10)Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards
11)Identify risks, operational gaps, and implement corrective actions
12)Motivate and mentor team members to achieve business goals
