Must Have : 

  • Strong expertise in administering Jira & Confluence Data Centre hosted on AWS.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, ALB, Route 53, etc.).
  •  Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permissions and automation (Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira).
  • Experience in managing Atlassian Marketplace apps (Xray, Structure, Comala Document Management, Draw.io, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms (SSO, LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and infrastructure as code (GitHub).
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL database.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Communication and documentation skills.

Good to have:-

  • Experience in migrating Atlassian applications from Data Centre to cloud.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm and containerized deployments.
  • Experience in integrating Jira & Confluence with third-party tools (e.g. ServiceNow, GitHub, etc.).
  • Experience in backup and disaster recovery strategies for Atlassian applications.
  • Experience in monitoring and logging using AWS CloudWatch, ELK, etc.
  • Knowledge of Datadog monitoring tool.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for Atlassian applications.
  • Familiarity with ITSM practices and frameworks like ITIL.
