Job Description

DevOps Lead L1/ Production Support 

Experience in Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.

SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.

Strong knowledge on Monitoring tools and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools and able to create Splunk alerts and Dashboards

Knowledge in Java Application support/API support/Batch support

L2 PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) – Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem management

Strong SRE knowledge for handling SLOs, MTTM, and collaborative working with different stakeholder

Good to have – Release management with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Added advantage - (kubernetes, docker, any cloud)

Show interest to do automations in scripting (Unix/Python) 
 
Mandatory Skills: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
