Job Description

Conga Composer, candidate, must be expertise in Salesforce development, particularly in

Conga Composer and Quote / contract solutions, along with strong skills in document

generation, automation, and Salesforce integration. The Candidate should showcase the ability

to design, develop, and implement solutions that streamline document creation and

management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Customize Conga Templates: Candidate must able to design and create

templates within Conga Composer using Microsoft Word or other supported formats,

incorporating merge fields to dynamically populate data from Salesforce.

• Integrate with Salesforce: Candidate, must seamlessly integrate Conga Composer

with Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, and workflows, to enable efficient

document generation.

• Automate Document Generation: Should utilize Conga Composer to automate the

creation of various documents such as proposals, contracts, quotes, reports, and more,

reducing manual effort and errors.

• Manage Conga Solutions: Configure and manage Conga solutions, including Conga

Queries, Conga Buttons, and Conga Workflow, to support specific business

requirements.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business users, sales teams, and

other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure successful

implementation of Conga solutions.

• Ensure Data Accuracy and Consistency: Implement measures to ensure data

accuracy and consistency in generated documents, leveraging Conga's capabilities for

data merging and validation.

• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot

issues, and optimize Conga solutions for performance and efficiency

Skills:

• Candidate must have at least 5 to 6 years of experience on top of Salesforce

• Should have Salesforce and Conga Certifications

• Salesforce: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales

Cloud, CPQ, and Lightning Experience /Lightning Web Components.

• Conga Composer: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Conga

Composer, including template design, data merging, and solution configuration.

• Conga Solutions: Familiarity with related Conga solutions like Conga Sign, Conga

CLM, and Conga Contracts.

• Document Generation: Expertise in designing and implementing automated document

generation workflows, including template creation, data mapping, and output

formatting.
Internal - General Use

• Salesforce Development: Experience with Salesforce development languages and

technologies, such as Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows, is highly desirable.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues,

optimize performance, and implement effective solutions.

• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively

interact with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support
