Job Description:
- Automation Test Lead to work closely with Transformation manager and align his vision for customer automation and transformation roadmap for the organization.
- Should have prior experience in achieving End to End Automation implementation/enablement that includes running automation seamless across target environment with 100% test data coverage to meet automation run plan.
- Hands on experience in Continuous Testing, a framework integrating the CI/CD Pipelines in the testing lifecycle.
- Test Management tool integration with automation script to show the testcase execution with real-time stats. for example, tool integration like JIRA, Qtest, Xray, Zephyr and Microfocus ALM.
- Automation Test Lead should work towards identifying technical requirements in-terms of Quality Engineering frameworks, tools and integrations and building an integrated solution across Automation, Test Environments, Test Data Management, Performance Testing, and Integration Testing.
- Should be hands on in usage of automation tools like AccelQ, UFT, TOSCA, playwright, or any other selenium-based tools with sound knowledge on industrial tools for TEM and TDM like Plutoria, ENOV8, GenRocket & Head spin (Mobility Digital Labs tools) etc.,
- Understand the current automation and transformation roadmap and align to organization vision of moving automation towards progressive regression automation, In-sprint automation, early performance testing, nightly tests, and toggle automated tests between test environments.
- Assess the changes required and suggest the approach to carry out the changes in the existing automation & performance frameworks and tools
- Work towards automating essential activities in testing life cycle by working with Mobile Test Automation Lead, QE Engineers, Test Environment leads, Test Data leads and Test Managers across portfolios.

2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
