Job Description:
- Monitor system health, batch processes, and job schedules; ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues within LoanIQ; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes - Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to deploy patches, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Maintain detailed documentation including support procedures, system configurations, and known issues.
Support DR/BCP testing, audit reviews, and regulatory compliance initiatives - Mentor junior support analysts and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions across teams
- Understanding of the business processes supported by the system
- Ensuring continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issues across platforms. Tracking progress and escalating as appropriate unless resolution reached
- Articulates problems, brings the right people together to solve problems, and knows when the problem has been properly addressed and close
- Weekend or after hours work is required to support critical business initiatives such as application deployments (Pre Post activities), infrastructure changes, Industry-wide tests, or Disaster Recovery tests
Required Skills:
- 7+ years in following: Oracle/SQL Server Database, J2EE , UNIX, Windows, MQ, .Net, Mule, OpenShift, Kakf
- Prefer prior experience working with large scale vendor based solutio
- 2+ years of experience in Splunk, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, and Remed
- Ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines, including root cause and problem resolution follow-u
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to organize time, work on multiple tasks, and follow tasks and projects through to completion, while keeping all interested parties properly updated

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
