Job Description: 

Splunk Data Engineer

Exp - 5+

Location – UAE

Band - B2

 

Detailed Requirements

• Handle BAU tasks: virtual server creation, policy updates
• Support tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Adjust application-specific WAF policies

• Administer web property onboarding
• Update rules and configurations in KSD
• Manage Bot Manager profiles

• Build onboarding roles/templates
• Automate Akamai /f5 configurations using REST APIs

• Support discovery and feasibility assessment of identity module migration
• Document dependencies

• Document current DigiCert and AD CS deployment
• Analyse certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation processes

• Build use cases for integrating on-prem WAFs and PKI platforms with HSM.

Analyse and identify gaps in certificate lifecycle management processes with Architect.

• Create full As-Is documentation for platform components (VIPs, pools, nodes, certs)
• Ensure traceability to hosted applications

• Create the required knowledge base/SOP in the Emirates Group template for the operations team.

• Participate in addressing audit findings
• Provide technical inputs and evidence to support remediation

 
Mandatory Skills: SPLUNK Security Analytics .
