About the Role
As a Desktop Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to providing exceptional client experiences in the fast-paced world of technology services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of desktop environments, addressing technical issues, and supporting user needs effectively. Skills Required
- Advanced level of technical expertise and fault resolution
- Excellent all-round experience of Standard technology
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Technical knowledge of PC's and desktop hardware, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, MAC devices, tablets
- Experience of software support including 0365, Zoom, Teams
- Problem-Solving and troubleshooting using Microsoft toolsets
- Ability to build desktops/laptops
- Attend daily huddle with the Team Leader detailing work for the day
- Pick up and resolve 2nd - 3rd line issues and update issues log. Assist user in raising an incident ticket for unresolved issues and record incident number in the issues log.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
