Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing platform delivery across legacy, cloud, and on-premise environments

• Championing strong governance, KPI/SLA frameworks, and audit readiness

• Driving adherence to SDLC, DevOps, and engineering best practices

• Analysing delivery and operational data to identify risks, trends, and corrective actions

• Managing escalations, cross-team dependencies, and stakeholder communications

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of complex application landscapes, including legacy and managed service platforms

• Knowledge of engineering processes, SDLC, DevOps, and integration patterns

• Experience with cloud and on-premise architectures

• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

• Understanding of incident, change, and problem management frameworks

Desirable Skills

• Experience with KPI and SLA reporting within regulated environments

• Exposure to multimodal delivery models combining BAU and change initiatives

• Data-driven decision-making and trend analysis

• Collaboration across onshore and offshore delivery teams

• Continuous improvement mindset and reduction of key-person dependencies
