Job Description

The Business Analyst partners closely with internal clients to design, implement, and enhance complex business workflows across CMP, OneApproval, Telic, and related enterprise platforms. This role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end client onboarding, translating business requirements into scalable automated processes, and ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.

The Business Analyst collaborates with cross‑functional teams—including Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance—to optimize existing workflow capabilities, identify automation opportunities, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. This includes conducting detailed process analysis, documenting functional and technical requirements, designing workflow logic, and overseeing UAT and production deployment activities.

The Business Analyst combines a strong understanding of workflow orchestration, enterprise messaging, and integration frameworks, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, support production systems, and drive operational excellence. This role also plays a key part in stakeholder communication, change management, and ensuring high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

 

Core Technical Skills

  • jBPM expertise including workflow modelling, process orchestration, decision tables (DMN), and rule management (Drools).
  • Experience with Enterprise Message Bus technologies such as TIBCO EMS and Solace, including queue/topic configuration, publish/subscribe patterns, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with API design, RESTful services, and integration with workflow engines.
  • Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server) for data analysis
  • Knowledge of Java or JVM-based systems (helpful for jBPM integrations).

Tools: jBPM expertise, TIBCO EMS and Solace Message bus, REST and Soap API designs, SQL, JIRA planning and administration

 

Mandatory Skills: JBPM .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
