Job Description: 

We’re looking for a sharp, hands‑on Lead .NET Developer with Content background with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and the full .NET Framework. You’ll drive technical direction, lead a high‑performing team, and deliver scalable, modern solutions using DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, and solid design principles (SOLID). If you’re passionate about building great software and elevating engineering standards, we want you on our team.
 

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience in .NET  and ASP.NET MVC, .net Core,  .NET Framework.
  • Hands‑on DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, and design patterns/SOLID.
  • RESTful APIs, OAuth2/OIDC, OpenAPI/Swagger, error handling & resilience
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework / EF Core/Hybernet.
  • Azure (App Service/Functions/Key Vault), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), testing (xUnit/NUnit).
  • Leadership: mentoring, estimation, stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks: JavaScript, jQuery, React.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit).
  • SQL Server or Oracle Database.
  • Familiarity with SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Use design patterns (e.g., Factory, Strategy, Adapter, Decorator, Repository, Unit of Work) to solve recurring problems cleanly.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues, Problem Solving Technique.

     

    Content Release Management:


    This role requires strong content understanding and decision-making capability and includes:

    • Working with Dutch content pages - CONTENT
    • Merging complex content structures in JSON - DEV
    • Troubleshooting content-related issues – CONTENT/DEV
    • Making independent decisions based on historical content changes, active promotions, and production impact - CONTENT
    • Experience with Storyblok is strongly preferred.

 

Good to Have

  • Knowledge on PowerShell, Bicep (Infrastructure of code).
  • Knowledge on Splunk, Newrelic or Elastic tool (Advantage if known).
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

  • Strong communication — able to interact with stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional groups
    Ability to lead and coordinate onshore & offshore teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management abilities
  • Ownership mindset with focus on quality, timelines, and accountability.
  • Ability to coach and uplift team technical capabilities
