Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery through development and deployment of tools.

Title: Dynatrace

Total years of Experience: 6yrs to 10yrs

Location: Chennai and Hyderabad

Muast have skill:Dynatrace

Individual will need to be proficient in the support of Dynatrace Managed including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability

- Proven experience with one or more supporting monitoring tools such as – Splunk, SiteScope, Catchpoint

- Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.

- - Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring

- Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)

- Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes

- An excellent communicator, able to network and influence across multiple levels is required of this role

- A self-motivated, hands-on, driven individual with strong leadership skills

- A strategic thinker who can link business context to technical reality
