Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect AI-Driven Development Workflows
    • Design and implement productivity frameworks using GitHub Copilot and MCP for aviation software development.
    • Integrate Copilot’s Agent Mode and MCP servers to enable context-aware coding, automated testing, and intelligent code generation.
    • Establish governance for AI-assisted coding practices ensuring compliance with aviation safety and security standards.
  • Tooling & Automation
    • Configure MCP servers for GitHub repositories to enable seamless integration with external tools and aviation-specific data sources.
    • Automate repetitive tasks such as code reviews, bug fixes, and test generation using Copilot’s agentic capabilities.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines with AI-assisted optimizations for aviation applications.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
    • Work closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to embed AI-driven productivity tools into the SDLC.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions on GitHub Copilot and MCP usage for aviation teams.
  • Performance & Compliance
    • Monitor productivity metrics and continuously optimize workflows.
    • Ensure adherence to aviation regulatory requirements and enterprise security policies.
