As an Enterprise Architect at the L0 level, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, robust enterprise architecture solutions that align with our clients’ strategic objectives. You will collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices essential to ensure the success of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models, roadmaps, and blueprints that support business strategy and technology development.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to translate business goals into effective and innovative architectural solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation and reinforce Wipro’s competitive position in technology services.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and governance, maintaining alignment across diverse projects and portfolios.
• Support integration and interoperability efforts across systems and business units, optimizing overall architectural coherence.
• Contribute to risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to architectural decisions and deployments.
• Engage in mentoring and knowledge sharing within the Technology Services group, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Mandatory: In-depth expertise in Enterprise Architecting, with a strong understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business needs in complex environments.
• Experience in designing architectures for digital transformation, cloud computing, data management, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate architectural concepts and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Proactive approach towards innovation and problem-solving with excellent analytical skills.
