Job Description: 

1. Technical Leadership

•              Lead end to end design and implementation of large-scale Java microservices and distributed systems.

•              Provide expert guidance on Spring Boot, Kafka event streaming, AWS cloud architecture, MongoDB, and workflow orchestration using Camunda.

•              Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation, observability, and security by design.

2. Architecture & Design

•              Collaborate with architects to define platform level architecture, patterns, and standards.

•              Drive domain driven design (DDD), event driven architecture (EDA) and microservices best practices.

•              Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, observable, and optimized for cloud environments.

3. Engineering Excellence

•              Ensure high quality coding, testing, security, and performance practices across teams.

•              Promote automation across build, deployment, testing, and infrastructure.

•              Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments.

4. Team Leadership & Mentoring

•              Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, fostering growth, technical capability, and delivery discipline.

•              Coach senior engineers and guide teams through complex technical decisions.

•              Build a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering craftsmanship.

5. Stakeholder Management

•              Work closely with Product Owners, Business stakeholders, Architects, and DevOps teams to align technology solutions with business needs.

•              Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, actionable manner.

•              Influence senior leadership on technology investments and roadmap priorities.
