Location: Tampa, FL

We are looking for an experienced ETL / Data Warehouse Testing professional with strong expertise in data validation and automation The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ab Initio and Control Center, strong SQL skills, and exposure to Python/PySpark–based automation. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform ETL and Data Warehouse testing across complex data platforms
• Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for accuracy, completeness, and performance
• Design and execute data reconciliation, data profiling, and regression test cases
• Work extensively with Ab Initio and Control Center for batch and data flow validation
• Develop and maintain automation test frameworks using Python and PySpark
• Write complex SQL queries to validate source to target mappings
• Perform data validation on Hive and Oracle databases
• Execute and debug jobs/scripts in Unix/Linux environments
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business teams to resolve data issues
• Participate in release cycles, defect triaging, and root cause analysis

Good to Have
• Exposure to Java and Selenium automation
• Experience in large-scale data platforms or financial services environments
Language Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Mandatory Skills: ETL Testing .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
