  • Work closely with software development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git, enabling rapid and reliable product releases.
  • Lead initiatives to embed an automation-first mindset throughout the testing lifecycle, championing quality advocacy, and encouraging adoption of best practices across teams.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Utilize advanced programming skills in Java (preferred), Python, or C# to develop and troubleshoot automation code effectively.
  • Leverage knowledge in API testing using Postman and REST API automation frameworks to enhance service reliability.
  • Employ SQL proficiency to design effective data validation queries and ensure data integrity during testing processes.
  • Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous feedback loops to enhance quality outcomes.
  • Apply foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices to support automation deployment and infrastructure integration.
  • Bring familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, which will be advantageous.
