Business Development Executive / Capital Markets
Job Description:
Wipro’s Capital Markets sector provides industry leading IT services and solutions to global clients. This includes Investment Management and Asset Servicing, Global Markets, Wealth Management, Data Management, Post-trade Services and Risk and Compliance. We drive innovation of both the employee and client experience through digital transformation and the scale to run critical elements of our clients' businesses.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to be based within the New Jersey/New York area. This role will focus on hunting and developing new logos within the Capital Markets sector. This role will cultivate and break new logo client accounts and originate new client sales that lead to larger, long-term value propositions, with the expectation to close $10-20M + in revenue annually over a two-year span.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create a go to market plan to identify, open, and grow new logo accounts in Capital Markets.
- Identify key decision makers in client organization to develop and strengthen relationships and become trusted advisors.
- Showcase Wipro's solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps, and strategy meetings.
- Utilize alliances (cloud, digital, etc.) and external partnerships to identify different areas where joint solution can be delivered to a customer.
- Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.
- Achieve new MSA signings, and continue to grow account for 24 months from 1st booking.
Qualifications:
- Senior Business Development Executive (Hunter), with proven history of breaking new logo accounts and scaling new growth within the Capital Markets and financial services sector.
- Broad range of selling various IT Services portfolio across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, others.
- Demonstrated quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing IT solution selling model.
- Ability to monitor sales trends around the target new clients and various market dynamics and incorporate them existing business development strategy plans.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
